I have become increasing frustrated with Microsoft’s Virtual PC 2007. The main cause of this being the lack of USB support. The product itself is Microsoft’s attempt at re-creating VMWare’s excellent suite of virtualization software and is a far cry from the original. My major reason for trying out VPC 2007 was the lack of support for Vista as a host machine in VMWare’s Workstation 5.5; as that is purported to be fixed in version 6.0 and there is a conversion wizard for my virtual disks it is with a sense of glee that I uninstall Virtual PC 2007. Good riddance!
